Hellen D. Kilontsi
Ms. Hellen D. Kilontsi holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a bachelor’s degree with honors in Agricultural Economics, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. Ms. Hellen has significant proficiency in project management, administration, and insurance. She has trained and worked on various projects, gaining first-hand experience essential for professional practice. She is well-versed in Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBM) principles, including developing knowledge and understanding of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA), and integrating LFA with RBM for project implementation and monitoring. She possesses exceptional knowledge and skills in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, and has experience in planning, coordinating, directing, and managing project implementation, including field/on-site monitoring and evaluation of project activities. Ms. Hellen is currently working as the Program Monitoring Coordinator, covering the Southern Zone (Mtwara, Lindi, and Pwani regions), the Southern Highland Zone (Njombe region), the Lake Zone (Mara region), and the Central Zone (Dodoma, Arusha, Singida, and Morogoro regions).
