CALL FOR CONSULTANCY: DEVELOPMENT OF MONITORING, EVALUATION AND LEARNING (MEL) DIGITAL SYSTEM
LHRC is seeking to engage a qualified company to develop an automated Monitoring and Evaluation System for LHRC program’s quality assurance. The assignment will focus on reviewing the existing MEL processes and tools, conduct needs assessment and develops a web-based automated MEL system to respond to current LHRC needs.
LHRC’s program activities require innovative management through a centralized, distributed web-enabled platform from which key personnel and staff can interact, report and conduct key analysis result- based programs. To achieve these LHRC aims to develop an interactive, user-friendly M&E system for reporting, data management and archiving to enable LHRC improves the management of its data and reporting function across all program areas.
